Denia Car Hire

If your holiday accommodation is any distance from Denia town centre and you're planning to do some sightseeing on the Costa Blanca, car hire is a must. Denia alone boasts 20 kilometres of coastline for you to explore and there are so many other interesting places to visit both on the coast and inland. There are plenty of car hire firms to choose from - either arrange your car in advance and pick it up from the airport or pop along to one of the many town centre agents and arrange a few days' car hire after your arrival. All the agents have English-speaking staff.

If you're intending to visit during the high season months of July and August it's a good idea to arrange your car hire in advance to guarantee getting the vehicle of your choice. Demand for hired cars soars during the peak season so you may find your choices limited (or non-existent!) if you leave it till the last minute.

With the freedom of a car you'll be able to enjoy all the delights of Denia and its surrounding area.

Car Hire Trails

Drive 15 minutes inland to the Vergel Safari Park for a great family day out. Take a day trip up into the mountains to visit the Moorish mountain fortress at Guadalest. Pop down the coast to Benidorm (a completely different world compared to Denia). Or spend a day's shopping in the cosmopolitan cities of Valencia (120 kilometres north) and Alicante (90 kilometres south).

You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to selecting a car hire company. So check out what each one has to offer before simply going for the cheapest.

Quad bikes are a popular and fun way of getting about in Denia; you can hire them down at the seafront. Or hire a pushbike - you'll be able to jump the high season traffic queues, avoid parking headaches (which are a downside of Denia all year round) and get fit at the same time.
